On : 14.6.0.3.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBBRN_Multi BC Issuance screen does not have customer information display

The multi BC issuance screen does not display the customer information like Customer image, Signature, Account Balance details like how it reflects in other transaction screens (Cash deposit or Cash withdrawal)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display the customer details in Multi BC Issuance screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch app-shell.
2. Go to Multi BC Issuance screen.
3. Enter the customer account number and system didn't show the details.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to view the customer details in multi bc issuance screen.

Changes

 Need to enable the customer panel params IS_CUSTOMER_PANEL_REQUIRED, FETCH_ACC_IMAGES in function indicator table (SRV_TM_BC_FUNCTION_INDICATOR) and check.
