Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM, Users are trying to create new customer priority maintenance using new customer priority maintenance screen and have observed that the Process Code LOV is blank in Customer priority maintenance screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Process Code LOV should display a list of values in Customer priority maintenance screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Customer priority maintenance screen.
2. Click on Process Code.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new customer priority maintenance in OBTFPM.
