Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to Generate the E-Statement,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"E statement subscription failed"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a retail user
2. go to Accounts -->Current and Saving
3. click a E-Statement,Error as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The user is not able to Generate the E-Statement.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
