View Screen Of Repeat Transfers Is Coming as Blank (Doc ID 2966930.1)

While trying to view existing Repeat Transfer a blank screen is displayed with below error on the screen.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user and use the toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Setups > Repeat Transfers.
2. Click on search button.
3. Select a record and click on View option. The View Repeat Transfer screen is displayed as blank with the error pop up on screen.
