User not able to Create loan shorter period than the Commitment (Doc ID 2967155.1)

In the OLDTRONL screen, after the Commitment was created, a Loan with a shorter period than the Commitment was created, but an error occurred during Save
the following error occurs.

ERROR

OL-VDBAL-01 - negative available balance found. cannot proceed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create the Commitment
2. In the OLDTRONL screen,created, a Loan with a shorter period than the Commitment was created,
3. Failed with the Error - OL-VDBAL-01 - negative available balance found. cannot proceed


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed to create the loan acocunt
