ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OLBMKEOD batch is running for long hours during the  updation of ACCR in Olpks_Accrual.FN_UPDATE_CYCM 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EOD should not take much time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Batch OLBMKEOD.


Changes

 Apply PS 14.7.0.1.0
