Account Branch Transfer for Current Account Class failed with Error code CS-TRFR-13 (Doc ID 2967398.1)

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

Account Branch Transfer from source Branch to Target Branch failed as Account has Outstanding Accrued Profit which is not yet liquidated.

CS-TRFR-13 Failed in Lookup for Reason :
CS-TRFR-25 Failed while doing Transfer Process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain Account Branch transfer for Account.
2. Run EOD Batch and Verify the Account is Transferred.

3. Data from table Exception Shows Failed to Process with Error Code CS-TRFR-13.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Transfer Account Branch from Source to target Branch.
