LCDAMEND - System throws LC-VALS-475 error while saving second amendment on authorized contract

Bank has trying to save the amendment on authorized LC contract in LCDAMEND for second time. Then system throws below error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LC contract from LCDTRONL screen and authorize it.
2. Click on New in LCDAMEND screen and load the above contract. Save and authorize it.
3. Confirm the amendment and authorize the same.
4. Try to again do the amendment (step 2) for same contract from LCDAMEND screen.
