ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MM Rollover Page Issue for Interest Details Button

User have tried to rollover a contract that has previously been rolled and the Interest Details button is greyed out and doesn't allow user input.
Contract1 - on it's first setting. You should be able to roll this and change the interest rate by putting the ICCF Rollover setting to "User Input".
Contract1 - this one is on it's second rollover. If what user think user saw today is true, you can roll it over, but the Interest Details button will not turn blue to allow you to change the interest rate.
Contract2 - this is on it's third rollover. Like the second one, user think it may not allow you to change the interest rate.

Interest details not showing as blue to allow amendments to interest rate (have rolled same rate to 18th)
