On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support
Unable to authorize contracts from BCDTRONL screen due to pending ECA
ERROR
-----------------------
ECA pending, not able to authorize.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1 - Create a BC contract
Step 2 - Liquidate the BC contract with unauthorized status
Step 3- Delete the unauthorized BC liqd event
Step 4- again perform liquidation and updated the account number XXXXXXXXXX in settlement tab for Interest entries.
Step 5- Try to authrise now.
