Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The user is unable to login to the OBDX application.
Getting the error "No Dashboard Found, Please contact to Administration" on screen.
And, all the below rest service is failing with the status code 500 (Internal Server Error).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The user should be able to login to the OBDX application without any error.
STEPS
1. Browse the OBDX login URL.
BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot login to the OBDx application
