Symptoms

When attempting to create Feedback template following error occurs,

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process the request, please try again later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login with administrator. Navigate to templates -> Feedback Template
2. Click 'Create'
3. Enter Template Id, Template Name, Applicable to role and Feedback question
4. Click 'Next' -> Above error can be seen.
