Alternate login option is not appearing on Mobile application login page.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Alternate Login option should be display on the Login page - "Enable Alternate Login"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. See the Mobile App Login page, Enable Alternate Login option is not present.
