ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Blank box is displayed on cheque book confirmation screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
View details icon should be displayed instead of blank box on cheque book confirmation screen

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Cheque > Request Cheque book. Fill in details.
3. Click on Save. View Confirmation screen.
