STDRETVW - Customer 360 degree view screen is not fetching the Rollover history of TD and throwing the following error

Unhandled Exception ST-OTHR-001

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Islamic TD created using the IADCUSTD screen.
2. Customer 360 degree view screen used to check the details STDRETVW.
3. Click on the Is-Deposit tab select the TD record and click on 'Rollover History'.
4. System is giving 'Unhandled Exception' error.
