Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After clicking on the stay connected button user is not able to continue the current session.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After clicking on the stay connected button user login should continue instead of logging out.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an OBDX application as a retail/crop user
2. Stay inactive
3. Logged out even after clicking on Stay Connected
4. User is not able to continue the current session

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,user is not able to continue the current session.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
