All Touch Points Not Selected When Parent Checkbox Is Selected on Touch Point Group Maintenance (Doc ID 2970074.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. All touch points are not selected when parent checkbox for internal or external on touch point group maintenance.
2. Unable to sort the touch points when sorting arrow is clicked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. When parent is selected all related touch points should be selected for touch point group maintenance.
2. Touch points should be sorted when sorting arrow is clicked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to Authorization & Access Controls - Touch Points Group > Create.
3. Select the parent checkbox for internal/external group type none of the touch points are selected.
4. Clicking on sorting arrow does not sort the touch points.
