ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

All roles are not displayed for user on user management screen when viewed by corporate administrator.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All roles should be displayed for user on user management screen when viewed by corporate administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator user.
2. Search for any corporate user. Note the roles displayed under Limits & Roles section.
3. Login via corporate administrator user. Search for the same user from step 2 only limited roles are displayed.
