Invalid Length for Name Error is Displayed on Virtual Account Create Structure Screen (Doc ID 2970352.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When users attempt to create a virtual structure name is more than 20 characters, invalid length for name error is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Structure name length should be validated at Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDXbefore sending the request
to Oracle Banking Virtual Account Management (OBVAM) length and limit should be 35 characters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to toggle menu > virtual account management > virtual accounts structure > create structure
3. Enter structure name greater than 20 characters.
4. Please check that invalid length for name error displayed.
