Accounts Are Not Displayed as per Selected Transaction Group and 'Maintenance saved Successfully' Message Is Displayed Without Selecting Group on Group Corporate Onboarding Page (Doc ID 2970632.1)

1. On User Account Access page, without selecting any transaction group, if we click save, "Maintenance saved Successfully" message is observed.
2. When a transaction group is selected, accounts are populated accordingly, however, even if transaction group is unselected/removed, accounts appear on screens as it is
3. When landing on User Account Access-->Map Accounts, transaction group appearing by default is not the one that is originally mapped to User

1. "Maintenance saved Successfully" message should be displayed only if a proper transaction group is selected
2.  Accounts should be displayed as per selected transaction group
3. Only those transaction groups should be displayed that are mapped to user 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application with admin
2. Navigate to Corporate Onboarding--> Group Corporate Onboarding, enter group id search, select group
3. Create new Transaction Group, map a new transaction group, check the account details displayed
4. Click User Account Access, without selecting any group, click save
