Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Successfull RTGS Transaction is present with ECA Block

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should not be any ECA block on successfull transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the RTGS Transactions.
2. Verify the details.
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, account balance is not updated in order.
