Account Class Description not defaulting STDCUSTD

While creating a new deposit in STDCUSTD screen, the account class description does not default after selecting the account class.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Once the account class is selected, it should retrieve the account class description

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From STDCUSTD screen, try to create a new TD
2. Once the account class is selected, verify if account class description is populated

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the account class description
