The Screen Is Distorted Once I Open Thy KYC Ob Assessment Details (Doc ID 2971454.1)

Once the assessment is created for the OB request, open the KYC OB Assessment details and click on the name, the screen will show overlapping text.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login with the KYCINV
2. Click on the KYC OB Assessment link on left side menu
3. Open any assessment and click on the Applicant details.

Note: the issue is happening for the long name.( if the full_nm> 25 )
