Transactions Alerts Are Not Generated for Party (Doc ID 2971667.1)

Symptoms

During transaction alert generation for a party, following error is observed in logs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Make sure alerts are configured.
2. Perform any transactions by the user(maker/checker). alerts are not generated.
