Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to add beneficiary account, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Access denied. User does not have permission to perform this action.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login to the system.
2. Navigate to Payments -> Setups -> Manage payees -> Click on create button.
3. Fill the details with account number contains hyphen (-) and verify.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add beneficiary account number containing hyphen (-) character.
