Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GEDCATGY: Response Empty issue on authorization

Newly Created Record is not displayed in the summary screen, so checked in the GESTYPES for the newly created record for authorization.
But on Authorization giving error as Response empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow user to display the record in respective summary screen (GESCATGY) and allow user to authorize the record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Created record in GEDCATGY screen.
2.Queried the same record in the summary screen (GESCATGY).

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the newly created record.
