Unable to upload & extract obdx_consumer.json in OBRH app-shell for OBDX 22.2.0 (Doc ID 2972396.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to OBRH integrate it with OBDX 22.2.0,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Maximum upload size exceeded"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBRH app-shell
2. go to app-shell -> Core Maintenance -> Routing Hub -> Service Consumers
3. Clicking on import, we are uploading the “OBDX_Consumer.json” file from location “.\OBDX_Installer\installables\obrh\” from the OBDX22.2.0 installer,Error as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to use OBRH to integrate it with OBDX 22.2.0..

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
