Symptoms
The customer panel and customer fetch image is Y for all screens.
When user click on Account number and give the account number in for example Cash withdrawal screen, the Customer panel is loading. But as soon as they take any account which is marked as Dormant in FCUBS, the customer panel is not loading.
The bank concern is to have this loaded for all accounts so that the Teller can verify before the transaction. User has even tried to maintain ERROR_DORMANT - N in OBTRANSACTION.SRV_TM_BC_PARAM_DTLS but still no luck.
