ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MT292(BANK_REVSWIFT) generating two tag 21 references which is causing the swift message to be NAK'd.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tag 21 should be populated only once in MT292, with user ref no.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an FX Contract with 9 digits number as user reference.
2. Authorize the Contract.
3. Perform Manual Confirmation of contract.
4. Authorize the confirmation.
5. Reverse the FX contract.
6. Authorize the reversal.
BUSINESS IMPACT
