No error displayed when mandatory fields are empty on request processing screen.

Error should be displayed when mandatory fields are empty on request processing screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to request processing details screen.
3. Enter only request name and keep the mandatory fields empty and perform search.
4. Please check that no error is displayed for mandatory fields.
