Transactions Failed While Processing Incoming SEPA File Upload (Doc ID 2973175.1)

Goal

We have cases where some payments are failed while processing the Incoming SEPA file upload for the same file reference for which, some are processed.
Please suggest a process flow to reprocess these failed transactions.
