SEPA ISO Queue Connector- Files Not Processed In OBPM (Doc ID 2973587.1)

Symptoms

Bank has maintained 2 Queue Connector for Inbound Files for SEPA.
Maintenance done in MSDINQUE , PMDCONFL, PMDCONNW ).
Messages are uploaded to the configured queues and is consumed but not processed in OBPM.

When server is restarted , new messages uploaded works fine. However , after some time new messages uploaded are consumed by MDB but not processed in OBPM.

Please do note that after full restart of OBPM servers , we don't have the issue for sometime and then issue reoccurs.
The issue is only for clustered environment. For single node setup , it works fine.
