ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On click of detail button in screen SEDXBLD, booked Deal details are not displaying and system is throwing error 'SM-00198 Function rights not available'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Booked Deal details should display in screen SEDXBLDL on click of Detail button.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application.
2. Book Deal in SEDXBLDL screen.
3. Click on Detail Button to see individual deal details booked under Bulk details.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Individual Deal details booked under Bulk deal in screen SEDXBLDL as expected.
