BC-DD Print/Reprint Module query operation failing with error during Re-Print for second Time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform BC-DD Print/Reprint transaction completion for BC
2. With same BC, Try to query the BC
3. Verify whether the details are fetched successfully.
