Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Beneficiary Account Number is not visible to authorizer while Cancellation and Payment of BC-DD.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In BC-DD Cancellation/Payment -> For Authorizer, Beneficiary Account Number field should be visible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform BC/DD Cancellation/ Payment operation
2. Submit the transaction for approval
3. In Approver- > verify whether the Beneficiary Account Number value is showing
