ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is allowing to issue Multi BC without requiring the batch reference number generated by the 'New' button to be punched in.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not allow to submit the transaction without the batch reference number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate the Multi BC transaction without clicking on New button
2. Input the remaining fields
3. Submit the transaction
4. System is allowing to submit the transaction without batch reference number
