Online Faster Payment 2312803043414000 has been Approved and Cancelled from Authorization Limit 1 Queue (PQSAU1QU). The payment was first approved by User 1 (TIMMISA) at 09:48:44 then User 2 (WOODDAN) cancelled at 10:01:50. Once approved from PQSAU1QU another user should not be able to take any action on the transaction.
