ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBPM || EXCHANGE RATE IN ACVW_ALL_AC_ENTIRES IS NOT CORRECT

In PXDOTONL, when booking cross border cross currency transactions the exchange rate in acvw_all_ac_entries is not correct.
 
When the transaction is saved, the exchange rate is being taken as the mid rate (1.244) Due to which the LCY_AMOUNT is incorrectly populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Exchange rate should be derived correctly and system should show the correct LCY amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PXDOTONL Screen
2. Key in the data (Transfer currency and debit currency not same) USD: 160 using a GBP account.
3. On the screen the Local Currency Equivalent displayed as GBP: 128.63 between USD and GBP (screenshot attached)
4. Exchange rate displayed in PXDOTONL : 1.2439 (sell rate)
  CYDRATEE : CCY1 GBP & CCY2 USD --> Sell rate : 1.2439 and Buy rate : 1.2441 and Mid_rate : 1.244
5. System showing Local Currency Equivalent as 128.63 in screen

Due to this issue, accounting entries are posted with incorrect exchange rate.
