Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank sometime faces issue in FLEXCUBE application and thus need to restart the complete system sometimes. However, when the services come up, users experience the already logged in issues and they have to clear the IDs one by one through the application front end screen. This is very time-consuming and inconvenient.

Guidance required on how to clear all the logged in user IDs  so that when the services come up, all users can log in gracefully.
