ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User getting error in field 59 F, line starting with number 3 i,e country code is mandatory in Maker level when trying to create FT contract where beneficiary start with "/" and Beneficiary address start with "1/". 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

FTDTRONL MT103 message should be generated correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a FT contract by providing Beneficiary address1 starting with "/" and address2 starting with "1/" and keep address3 and address4 Blank.
2. Verify whether the message generated correctly.
