Symptoms

GL transfer done through STDGLTRF screen is not successful. Found the following error in CSTB_PROCESS_EXCEPTION table.

AC-HOF20 - Currency decimal position not matching for FCY\LCY amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch STDGLTRF
2. Input the current and target branch and save
3. Run EOD
4. Verify whether the GL transfer is successful.
