ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After booking of the stopped instrument, User can pay using the same instrument


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should not be able to pay using stopped instrument.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to PIDSTPAY
2. Enter the instrument number and stop the same.
3. Save and Auth the above transaction.
4. Go to PIDINSPY
5. Make a payment using stopped instrument
6. System allows to make payment.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, payment is allowed using stopped instrument.
