Symptoms

Upgrading BASEL 806 to 810, Installer is executed successfully for BASELA, BASEL_BASIC and BASEL_IRB,
but when it went to upgrade BASEL_ECA it exited throwing the failed.

"BASEL_ECA failed with below error"
