ECM-812- CRR Actions Not Reflecting Under Case Audit (Doc ID 2975914.1)

Symptoms

For ECM 81248 version, when SAR report is created on a case and when we take actions like Approve, Reject, Request for approval actions on SAR report, those details are not captured under Case audit.
The only CRR action that is captured is CA240-> RR-SAR E-file Generated
Rest all other actions are not populated,
