Incorrect Editor Is Displayed and Appended for Recipients in Alert Maintenance (Doc ID 2975961.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect editor displayed and appended for recipients in "Communication - Alert Maintenance".

Example: When selected "SMS" delivery method is selected, system shows Email UI editor for typing message.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct editor should be displayed for recipients and  editors should not be appended.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to Communication - Alert Maintenance > Create.
3. Select necessary details.
4. Under Message Settings > Add > Select any recipient.
5. Select delivery mode as SMS. Notice the editor for SMS
6. Add another recipient, select delivery mode as SMS
7. The template message box gets appended to 1st recipient and incorrect editor is displayed in 2nd recipient.
