Symptoms
In ECM, if we have an ampersand ('&') in the field 'Customer Name' under the 'Customer' tab and we move that case from ECM to CRR, then ampersand ('&') in 'CRR Involved Account Details>Account Entity Owner Details > Name' is getting replaced with '= _0x22_' value in XML.

1. Login to RRS Application
2. Open any GOAML report
3. Navigate to 'Involved account details'
4. Use & in the following fields and generate Efile
a. Account entity Owner Grid -->'Name'
b. Account details--> 'Institution Name'
Actual: & is replace with ASCII/Binary Value ex: ' _0x26_ 'and '_0x22_'
Expected: The client would like to see the same customer name in E-file.
