Checker Details Are Displayed on Request Processing Summary Screen Instead of Maker (Doc ID 2975963.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. On request processing summary screen requested by and user name columns have checker details.
2. On request processing detail screen user details have checker details.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Maker details should be displayed on request processing screen and request processing details screen for administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via maker. Create a new service request(SR)
2. Login via checker. Approve the SR created in step 1.
3. Login via administrator navigate to request processing screen search for the SR created in step 1.
5. Here in search results requested by and username contains checker details
6. Click on the request name and on details screen also checker details are displayed instead of maker.
