ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PQSAU1QU-System not allowing to Authorize the Un-authorized transaction in AUTH limit 1 queue.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System Should allowing to Authorize the Un-authorized transaction in AUTH limit 1 queue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Transaction initiated and authorized with auth limit amount.
2 Transaction parked at AUTH limit queue
3 Cancelled the transaction from auth limit queue and it got Un-authorized status in AUTH limit queue.
4 If we tried to Authorize the transaction system not allowing with following error "Error Occurred but message could not be determined"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the Authorize the Un-authorized transaction in AUTH limit 1 queue.
