ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CASA account class transfer is not working

We are trying to change account class of existing accounts in system but after changing the accounts class and running one EOD we found that the account class transfer didn't work.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account Class should be transferred

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Account class for Account
2. Run EOD
3. Validate the Account class of the Account

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the account class
