In USSAR, the username is displaying incorrectly as SYSTEM in the 'Approved By' field.

CRR 81243

1. Login to USSAR
2. Navigate to the Approved Reports tab
3. Approved By column is showing as 'SYSTEM'.

Expected: The system should display the username as mentioned in the Approved By filter condition
